CRN Project Portfolio & Database

With a cadre of experienced scientists, representing a variety of disciplines, the CRN is able to apply diverse expertise across the spectrum of cancer control. The integrated nature of the health plans facilitates studies at the patient, provider and organization level. Descriptions of select CRN studies conducted in these various domains are found in the sections below.

The Project Database below includes core CRN projects, i.e., those that were funded as part of the CRN grant during the first three funding cycles (CRN1-CRN3*), either as a core research project, or through administrative supplements. Select CRN Pilot and Developmental Projects and CRN-related projects—those that take advantage of CRN infrastructure—funded under the Core grant are also included. The list is not exhaustive and does not include projects that have been facilitated by the CRN under its current funding mechanism (CRN4**).

Cancer Research Network funding cycles:
*CRN1 (07/01/1999 - 2/28/2003), Grant Number: U19 CA079689
*CRN2 (3/1/2003 - 4/30/2007), Grant Number: U19 CA079689
*CRN3 (5/1/2007 - 4/30/2012), Grant Number: U19 CA079689
**CRN4 (9/25/2012 - 8/31/2017), Grant Number: U24 CA171524
